방수 신발류[바깥 바닥과 갑피(甲皮)를 고무나 플라스틱으로 만든 것으로 한정하며, 갑피(甲皮)를 바닥에 스티칭(stitching)ㆍ리베팅(riveting)ㆍ네일링(nailing)ㆍ스크루잉(screwing)ㆍ플러깅(plugging)이나 이와 유사한 방법으로 부착하거나 조립한 것은 제외한다]
